Training programs
Machinist
Training
Teaching the skills to
be a CNC Machinist
In this 12-month paid rotational program, team members will work on all machines in the facility as well as attend daily training classes at a certified training school. Classroom training provides firsthand training for programming, blueprint reading, shop math, and programming skills.
After the completion of the training, the team member will be a certified trained CNC programmer machinist.
Supervisory

Preparing supervisors
for success
Team members gain an understanding of their role as a supervisor, as well as employment law as it relates to common team management needs and issues.. Our supervisors learn how to apply basic managerial and interpersonal skills, including dealing with the everyday challenges of being a leader, communicating effectively, resolving workplace conflict, managing performance, and coaching.
Our supervisors learn fresh insights and ideas and practice their skills within an energizing, interactive, and supportive environment, but will also have access to a variety of job aids and resources to help them leverage their new competencies in the workplace.
Leadership
development
Developing leaders to achieve, sustain, and inspire
A high-level learning journey designed to give our team members the tools to increase performance, influence, and lead with excellence. The program consists of monthly calls, intersession work, in-person sessions, leadership talent assessments, mentoring, coaching, and group collaboration.
The Leadership Development Program is a 12-month program, with opportunities to continue development after the program is completed.
