Chris Pascarella

President and CEO
 

Chris joined Industrious Group in 2005 serving in many capacities during his tenure including: CFO, Subsidiary President, COO, and currently as the President & CEO. Chris has extensive experience with global manufacturing organizations and has spent 5 years working, living, and studying outside the United States. He passionately serves a local sector partnership to connect and develop careers in manufacturing. Outside of work, Chris served 12 years on the BOD of a school for children with learning differences and enjoys time with his wife and three teenage children.

Dustin Intihar

Director of M&A
and Strategic Partnerships

Since joining the organization in November 2021 as Director, M&A and Strategic Partnerships, Dustin has been instrumental in shaping the corporate strategy as well as leading the charge to acquire American Hydro. Prior to joining Industrious Group, Dustin spent 9 years with The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway company, in various roles including Corporate Strategy and M&A. Dustin earned his MBA from the University of Massachusetts and his BSBA from the University of Dayton. In his spare time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and their four daughters

Jeff Malek

Corporate Director, Environmental
Health & Safety

Since joining the team in November 2022, Jeff has focused on the corporate environmental, health, and safety (EHS) strategy. Jeff has 20+ years of experience with global manufacturing organizations, developing and executing EHS programs. Growing up in rural northwest Pennsylvania, Jeff spent much of his youth outdoors fishing, camping, and swimming. This is how he discovered his love for the environment. Jeff earned his BS and MS in Environmental Science from Gannon University. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending his time with his wife Becky and their three children.

Rick Arnold

Vice President of Human Resources
 

As Vice President of Human Resources, Rick provides leadership to the Human Resources team and is accountable for enabling IG to achieve long-term success and financial health by maximizing the contributions of its people.  Rick has extensive experience in organizational design, talent management, M&A and worked in various industries including manufacturing (specialty chemical, steel/bearing), transportation and engineering services.  Rick earned his BSBA from Kent State University, his MBA from The University of Akron and participated in an executive education program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen, and their numerous nieces and nephews.  Further, Rick and Jen are avid hikers in the National Parks and are learning how to farm on their property.
